Baking stones are great for cooking lots of things, but how on earth do you clean the thing? Chipping away at cheese and dough that somehow fused itself to the stone always left me defeated, until I found this little trick that works quite well and it requires nearly zero elbow grease and hardly any time. Bonus! Simply wet a dishcloth or small towel that is large enough to cover the trouble area. Don’t wring out the extra water. Let sit for a few hours or overnight. All that is stuck should easily wipe right off. I also use this on my regular baking sheets too. Its so much easier than scrubbing!
